|How do payments work?|
|Payment will depend on the type of membership you choose, but before you choose a membership (3, 6, or 12 months) I want you to get to know us better! Most people sign up for a 4-week Jump Start Program that will give you a really good idea on how workouts work, meal plans we follow, and you will get 4 weeks of unlimited workouts, which means you can come to all the classes you want in 4 weeks, you get a delicious meal plan, video tutorials for correct stretching and exercise range of motion, etc.

|What do I need to bring to class?|
|You need to bring 3 things:
-3 or 5 Lb dumbells
-Bottle of water

|When can I start Bootcamp?|
|The 4-week program is better to sign up before the weekend so you have enough time to get your meal plan, and your grocery shopping done before you start the workouts on the following Monday, you will get a full 4 weeks of workouts regardless of what day you sign up. BUT if you want to come and try one class, just text Carla at (310) 561-3474 to get a free trial class pass, that would be a great opportunity to give it a try and talk to your trainer about all the questions you may have.|
|Do I need to RSVP?|
|Yes, some classes are more popular than other, and there’s a space limit, so you’ll need to make sure that space is available. To RSVP call (310)561-3474 or email firstname.lastname@example.org|
|I haven’t worked out in a decade, will I be ok?|
|Each work out is planned to challenge each individual on their own personal fitness level. Beginners to advanced, and everyone in between, will certainly work up a sweat!
All exercises have modifications for beginners and low impact fitness levels.
|I am an exercise enthusiast and want to be pushed to my limits, is this workout for me?|
|Advanced campers are pushed to work out a lot harder than beginners or low impact campers; yet we don’t believe in pushing people to their limits beyond the safety limits. But one thing we can tell you is that regardless of your fitness level, you will get soar muscles quite often.|
|Are there any age limitations?|
|As long as you are willing to exercise and you got your physician’s approval, you can certainly be within the age range of 18-99 years young, you’re in!|
|Is there any flexibility in the schedule I choose?|
|Absolutely, it is always easier to sign up for one particular class (easier for you to stay committed and easier for the trainer to know how many people for each class), but if your personal schedule changes in a regular basis, you can come to any scheduled class without having to give notice|
|Will I notice changes in my body right away?|
|You will notice some changes almost right away, although most changes are first felt from the inside out (cardiovascular and body strength); in order to be able to see the changes in your body you will need to compliment your exercise routine with a good healthy diet, that combination of exercise and a healthy diet will help you see results within the first couple of weeks.|
|What if I need help with my food intake?|

|What happens if it rains?|
|Some classes will have to be cancelled due to bad weather and safety issues (slippery grass, falling tree branches, etc). If the rain looks more like a drizzle the class will take place as usual. A text message or a call will notify you if the class has to be cancelled, usually one hour before the scheduled class.|
|What happens during the holidays or special marked calendar days?|
|Special schedules are planned for the weeks of National Holidays, including Thanks giving and Christmas; No classes will be cancelled on those weeks.|
