Hello, my name is Carla and I am a personal and group trainer that has enjoyed the benefits of exercise throughout my life. The perfect example was losing the baby weight after both of my pregnancies with exercise and diet; I was able to run a half marathon 3 months after the birth of my second baby. I love exercise and I like to think that I inspire people.

After some women at my gym had asked me to train them to lose weight and get fit, I decided to make it a life style and now I am a Certified Personal Trainer (AFPA certified). I am also certified in First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross and am in the process of being certified as a Nutrition Consultant (ACE).

Most of my qualifications as a trainer go to are from my own experiences training for marathons and triathlons. I love exercise and I hope I can pass this passion on as I plan each class to be enjoyable, challenging and fun. , There is no better place to get in shape than outdoors.  Point Fermin Park is a wonderful place to work out and get fit.
